Whoooooo
working in the kitchen for 3-4 hours today
burning me into a roasted pork alrdy
how am i going to survive outside working man....

Well
today prepare STOCKS
chicken stock
fish stock
chicken brown stock
vegetable stock


Guys get rdy on wed to get my soup man

inorder to have a better taste of western soup

Stocks is necessary needed to be made!
let me explain wat stock is
STOCKS is smth that we gain from the bones and vegetable itself
after long cooking with just water .
of course the longer we simmer
the better taste we get

chicken brown stocks is the best out of all!
firstly we gotta fried the chicken with oil in a frying pan til brown
add the mirepoix(vegetable left over)
and fried til its fragrance is out than we put into boiling water
than let it skim and simmer slowly
it take me around 2 hours to get the stocks DAMN tiring !

Came home ate mum's cooking
and gdnite fellows
woke up now and i blog bout today
