Homemade smoked duck served
with orange segments and mixed green
with honey mustard dressing & drizzle of herbs



Pumpkin soup infused with apple
and top with cinnamon cream




Chicken roll lard served with purple potatoe
covered up with carrots and zucchini
accompanied with mango cream sauce & chipolate sauce




Pan seared Sea bass served with mouseline potatoe
covered up with asparagus and cherry confit
accompanied with bouillabaisse sauce
